Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted. This policy complies with international trade regulations, which recognize the specific handling requirements of textile materials.

Before you order

Fabric is cut to order, so we recommend requesting samples first. We send swatches with the full specification — composition, weight, width and finish — so you can check the material before committing to a roll.

If something is wrong with your order

We inspect every batch before shipment. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong item, contact us at sales@kord.ltd immediately upon delivery and before cutting. We will review the case and resolve it under the terms of sale.
