Payment and Shipping Information

Shipping:

We ship fabrics across Europe from our warehouse in Ukraine. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we can assist in finding a carrier, or you may use your own. We will prepare all necessary export documents. The goods will arrive in the destination country and clear customs. After that, they will be delivered to the address you provide.

Payment:

Once you select the fabrics, we will issue an international invoice under a Letter of Credit (LC). Payment is made via bank transfer. The minimum order is one roll. After payment, we will prepare the goods for shipment.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted. This policy is in compliance with international trade regulations, which recognize the unique requirements and handling of textile materials. We ensure the quality of our products before shipment. If you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we will address them in accordance with the terms of the sale.
